Carearoo is an NDIS report drafting tool built for Australian occupational therapists and allied health clinicians. It drafts FCA, SIL, progress, AT, home modification and behaviour support reports from your notes, on your own Word template, in about five minutes.

You pay $99 a report, enter your client's details and clinical notes, optionally upload supporting documents (voice recordings, referrals, assessment results), and Carearoo produces a structured first draft. You then review it, change what you want, and download it as an editable Word document on your own template, or as a PDF, to submit through your normal NDIS channels.

Carearoo is designed for the allied health clinicians who assess participants and sign the report, including:

• Occupational Therapists writing FCAs, SIL, AT, home modification and progress reports • Speech Pathologists writing progress reports, communication assessments and AT reports • Physiotherapists and Psychologists writing FCA and progress reports • Behaviour Support Practitioners writing FBAs, Interim BSPs and BSPs

It is not built for support coordinators or plan managers, though they are welcome to refer the allied health providers they work with.

No. Carearoo is an independent drafting tool and is not affiliated with, approved by, or endorsed by the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) or any government body. Carearoo is a drafting tool that helps clinicians produce draft reports faster. The clinician is responsible for all clinical content, accuracy, and compliance before submitting any report to the NDIS.

You are, and that is by design. Carearoo assists you with drafting only. It does not assess your client, it does not make clinical decisions, and it does not replace your professional judgement.

Like any AI tool, Carearoo can be wrong at times. A draft may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or statements that sound right but are not correct for your client. That is why every Carearoo output is a draft: it is your responsibility as the treating clinician to check everything in the report (every detail, score, statement and recommendation), correct anything that is wrong, and only then sign and submit it under your own professional authority.

If a draft ever looks off, please don't submit it. Fix it, regenerate it, or contact us at info@carearoo.com and we'll help.

Yes. When building your report, you can upload:

• Voice recordings (.mp3, .wav, .m4a): Carearoo transcribes these and uses the content in your report draft • GP referral letters and Support Coordinator referrals (.pdf, .doc) • Previous reports and specialist letters • Assessment documents and score sheets • Photos (home environment, equipment)

All uploaded files are stored on Australian servers (Sydney) and can be permanently deleted with one click once you've downloaded your report.

Carearoo produces a structured, clinically formatted draft based on the information you provide. Quality depends on your input: the more clinical observations, assessment results, and specific notes you supply, the more accurate and relevant the draft.

Important: Carearoo can be wrong at times. Like any AI tool, a draft may contain errors, omissions or plausible-sounding statements that are not correct for your client. Every draft requires your clinical review. Read it carefully, correct anything that is wrong, and only sign and submit it once you are satisfied it is accurate. Carearoo speeds up report writing; it doesn't replace clinical judgement, and it is a draft, not a finished report.

Yes. After drafting, you have full editing access to the report text within Carearoo. You can make unlimited edits directly in the browser, save your progress, and download the report at any time as an editable Word document on your own template, or as a PDF. There is no limit on how many times you can edit or re-download a report.

Carearoo uses a simple pay-per-report model:

• Single report: $99 AUD (one-time) • Saver Pack: $499 AUD for 10 reports (about $50 each) • Power Pack: $999 AUD for 20 reports (about $50 each, best value)

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Credits never expire. There is no subscription, no lock-in contract, and no recurring charges.

There's something better than a trial. We'll draft one of your de-identified cases through Carearoo for free so you can judge the output yourself. No cost, no pitch.

To ask for one, use the contact form (choose the free draft option) or email info@carearoo.com with the report type and your role. We'll reply with how to send your de-identified notes and your Word template.

After that, it's $99 a report with no subscription. You can also read a full 19-page FCA sample without signing up.

Because each report credit involves immediate AI processing costs, refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis:

• If your report failed to draft (technical error on our side): full refund issued automatically or on request • If you're unsatisfied with the quality of a draft: contact support within 7 days and we'll review it • If you simply changed your mind after a report has been drafted: refunds are generally not provided

All payments are processed by Stripe, one of the world's most trusted payment processors used by millions of businesses globally. Carearoo never stores your card details. Stripe handles all payment information directly using PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure.

Payment is made via a secure Stripe Checkout page before each report is drafted.

We take this extremely seriously. All data is stored on Supabase's Sydney, Australia infrastructure (AWS ap-southeast-2). It never leaves Australian borders. Data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256.

Upload files (voice recordings, clinical documents) are stored in an access-controlled bucket specific to your account. You can permanently delete all uploaded files at any time using the "Delete All My Documents" button.

Your clinical data is never sold, rented, or shared for marketing or any unrelated purpose.

To draft your report, your notes are processed by the secure AI service and payment/hosting providers that operate Carearoo, under agreements that prohibit using your inputs to train AI models and do not retain your data beyond each request. This processing exists only to deliver the service you asked for.

Carearoo is designed to align with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the 13 Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). As NDIS participant information qualifies as "sensitive information" under the Privacy Act, we apply the highest standard of protection to all clinical data.

Carearoo works in any modern web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) on desktop, laptop, and tablet. For the best experience, we recommend using a desktop or laptop computer when filling out detailed clinical forms.

No app download is required. Carearoo runs entirely in your browser.

Entering your notes and drafting the report takes about five minutes end to end. The drafting step itself usually takes a minute or two, depending on how much input you provide (more text means a slightly longer wait).

You'll see a live progress indicator while the draft is being written. If it runs for much longer than that, refresh the page and try again, and contact support if the issue persists.

All drafted reports are saved to your Carearoo account and remain accessible as long as your account exists. You can re-download or re-edit any previous report by visiting My Reports in your dashboard.

Note: uploaded files (voice recordings, attachments) are separate from the report text. If you deleted your uploaded files, those cannot be recovered, but the report text remains saved in your account.
