Terms of Service

These terms apply to Carearoo customers in United Kingdom. Carearoo is offered to health and social care professionals acting in the course of their profession, and to practices. It is not a consumer product.

Invoicing is available and free. You can create an account and produce unlimited invoices.

Report drafting is not yet available in United Kingdom. The United Kingdom report types shown on our website are marked “Coming Soon” and cannot be generated. We will not charge you for a report until United Kingdom drafting is live and you choose to buy one.

• You must be a registered health or social care professional, or working under the supervision of one, to use Carearoo for professional purposes.
• Where your profession is regulated by HCPC, you are responsible for holding and maintaining that registration.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything done under your account.
• One account is for one person. Do not share credentials.

You must not:

• Enter client information you are not entitled to hold or process
• Submit false, misleading or fabricated information
• Present an AI draft as a completed professional document without reviewing it
• Reverse engineer, copy or redistribute any part of the service
• Circumvent payment, access controls or usage limits
• Use automated scripts to access the service

Invoicing is free. When United Kingdom report drafting opens, reports will be charged per report at the price shown at the time of purchase. That is currently planned at £49 for standard report types and £69 for complex ones. There is no subscription and no minimum.

Prices are shown in GBP. Payments are processed by Stripe. Any VAT that applies will be shown at checkout.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information, including the fact that our database is hosted in Australia. It forms part of these terms.

Carearoo retains all rights in the service, its software and its branding. You keep ownership of the information you enter and the final documents you produce. You grant us a limited licence to process your inputs solely to provide the service. We do not use your inputs or outputs to train AI models.

We aim to keep Carearoo available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend or withdraw features, and will give reasonable notice before withdrawing anything you rely on.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind
• Carearoo is not liable for any clinical outcome, professional consequence or regulatory finding arising from a document you produce, review and sign
• Our total liability in connection with these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business or data

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or is used fraudulently. On closure you may export your invoices; after a reasonable period your data is deleted.

We may update these terms. We will email you before a material change takes effect. If you do not accept a change, you may close your account.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute.
